BThe July 14 PC record posted and scored the held slate. Draft minutes (the official record, pending approval) resolve all seventeen public-hearing items: ten approvals, seven postponements. The Shady Lane files (D3) took their applicant indefinite postponement — the D3 tell, confirmed in the record; Airport & Koenig and Congress Views moved to August 11; 815 W 11th to July 28. The only split votes of the night were the two Dogs Head right-of-way vacations, 7-1-1.

CApproval-with-strings is becoming the regime. The week's contested approvals all landed with rewritten use lists: Wonsley (C14-2026-0014, D4) cleared 9-0 with eleven uses made conditional and four drive-in uses prohibited; the Del Valle Food Co-op site (C14-2026-0044, D2) got its commercial zoning as LR-CO, the staff version, overlay attached; the DB-90 cleared minus two uses. The commissions are granting the entitlement and negotiating the string — underwrite the string, not the district.
